1 Pandhu 4 Run 1 Wicket is an upcoming horror film based on cricket directed by Veera. Starring newcomers Vinai Krishna and Hashika Dutt, '1 Pandhu 4 Run 1 Wicket' has a very strong role for the heroine. "Hashika has a very prominent role, while Vinai just plays the supporting character. It's a heroine-centric.

According to the director veera all horror stories are usually about revenge, and are filled with lot of violence but  1 Pandhu 4 Run 1 is a silent horror comedy woven around a cricket match. It's silent because there's no unnecessary screaming and sounds. I've avoided all the cliches of the horror genre.

Being a big fan of cricket veera wanted to do a cricket based movie. But many movies are released on the bases of cricket. So veera experimented with this idea.

The story revolves around a cricket fanatic, who is watching an India versus Pakistan final match. What happens in the last ball of the match becomes very crucial from the story's perspective.

According to veera writing of the screenplay was not a easy work. It’s difficult to pull of horror and comedy together. It's very important to strike a balance. You need to know when to give the audience a jolt and when to make them laugh. If you overdo it, it will backfire," he said.

The Malayalam movie Ithihasa which is turned a super hit. According to the latest report Tamil super star Kamal Haasan has purchased the remake rights of Ithihasa. In Malayalam Shine Tom Chacko and Anusree played the lead roles.

According to the latest report one of the leading young actors of Tamil cinema is approached to play the male lead role in the movie which is played by Shine Tom in the original. And also Kamal’s eldest daughter Shruthi Haasan will be paly the lead role played by Anusree in the original. Kamal Haasan will be remaking Ithihasa under his home production banner Raaj Kamal Films International.

Gabbar Singh 2 Will Go On The Floors Soon

The much anticipated film of Power Star Pawan Kalyan  Gabbar singh 2 is ready to hit the floors soon. The latest reports says the movie will be start rolling from December. Pawan Kalyan is all set to recreate magic with Gabbar Singh 2. The movie is a love story zipped with romance, loads of action and immense of humorous events. Gabbar Singh 2 with no similarity to either Dabangg or Gabbar Singh. It would be a good entertainer and will turn out to be yet another entertaining film.

Filmmakers took several auditions to rope up a female actress opposite to Power Star Pawan Kalyan for this movie. Anisha Ambrose, a native Telugu speaking girl from the Telugu film industry. 

The movie is directed by Bobby (K. Ravindra) and produced by Sharrath Marar under the banners of Pawan Kalyan's Creative Works and NorthStar Entertainment.

Producer Sharrath Marar declared that Shooting will begin in December 2014 with a short schedule and the production will aim for a May 2015 release.

Famous South Indian actress Padmapriya married her long time boyfriend Jasmine Shah  in Mumbai at a private family function today in the presence of close family and friends. Jasmine and Padmapriya met  while they were pursuing higher studies . Padmapriya  was doing a research on the Economic Affairs of Public Sectors, in New York.   The couple fell in love during their research days in New York.

Jasmine, who hails from Gujarat is currently working as the Associate Director of Policy at Jameel Poverty Action Lab, South Asia, a research centre at the Economics Department at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is working at New Delhi centre of the organisation. Jasmine is also a graduate from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and holds M. Tech. and B. Tech. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras.

Padmapriya  debut in movies in the year 2003 with Telugu film "Seenu Vasanthi Lakshmi", which was the remake of Kalabhavan Mani's "Vasanthiyum Lakshiyum Pinne Njanum". Padmapriya made her debut in Malayalam with Kaazhcha and has gone on to do around 48 films across all Southern languages and also in Hindi and Bengali. She is a National Award special jury award winner, two time Kerala state award winner, Tamilnadu state award winner and a 3 time Filmfare award winner. Padmapriya was born to Tamil parents Brigadier Janakiraman and Vijaya in Delhi and was brought up in various cities of Andhra Pradesh following her father's postings. She is a trained Bharatanatyam dancer. She holds a MBA in Finance from Kirloskar Institute, PG Diploma in Environmental Law from National Law School and Masters in Public Administration from NYU.Padmapriya whose latest release ‘Iyobinte Pushthakam’ is running to packed houses in the theatres. She will continue to pursue her career in acting after marriage.

The multi starrer Gopala Gopala are planning to release the first look in November. The film's shooting is ongoing presently in Nanakramguda.  The latest update about the movie is, the filmmakers are trying hard to wrap up the movie for Sankranthi  2015. The film's unit is filming some key sequences involving Pawan Kalyan and Venkatesh. Pawan Kalyan is busy working for his upcoming movie, Gabbar Singh 2 which brought him enormous success. Filmmakers are planning to launch the first teaser of the film on Venkatesh  (Venky's) birthday (December 13) .

Gopala Gopala is the official remake of bollywwod movie Oh My God. Shriya Saran is playing Venky's wife in the film and Pawan Kalyan is playing the role of lord Krishna. The movie is  produced by Venkatesh's brother Suresh Babu and Pawan Kalyan's friend Sharath Maraar together  under the banners of Suresh Productions and North Entertainments. Kishore Kumar Pardasany is directing the movie for which Anup Rubens will compose music.

Debutante Telugu Actress Files a Complaint Against Director

In a complaint lodged with the Banjara Hills Police Station, The victim told the police that he had been taking advantage of his position.The actress alleged that Director Phani harassed her.
The victim said that on Sunday Phani went to her residence in Rahmath Nagar and called her. As she came out he caught hold of her hands and started molesting her. When she tried to resist he hit her too. When she raised an alarm locals came out and he fled the area,” said sub inspector Guruswami

The police said that they have booked a case against the film director under Section 354 of IPC for assaulting a woman with criminal intent to outrage her modesty.
Sonali  demanded to halt the release of the film. On the other hand this is the first film for the director Phani who earlier worked as an assistant director under popular director Puri Jagannath in the past.In the film, Chandu acted as the hero and Sonali and Alekhya acted as the heroines. It is a low budget film and is yet to be released.

Mohanlal - Manju Varyar- Sathyan Anthikkad New Film

The news of the upcoming Mohanlal-Manju Varyar-Sathyan Anthikkad film has created waves in Kerala. Mohanlal-Manju pair had created magic on the silver screen with their performances in "Araam Thampuran", "Kanmadham" and "Summer In Bethlehem."

Though the script writer is not ready to reveal much about the story line of the upcoming film, he promised that it will be a complete entertainer with a strong storyline and Innocent will play a pivotal role in it. The music will be done by Vidyasagar and the film will be produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirwad Cinemas.

Now, with the Satyan directorial, will they be able to create a magic again? We will have to wait and see but the Malayali audience is already excited to see this hit pair again on the big screens.
